Mensa Otabil Inaugurates Doctor of Ministry Program at Daniel Institute

Pastor Mensa Otabil, Chancellor of Central University, has inaugurated a Doctor of Ministry residency program at the Daniel Institute, the theological seminary of the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC).

The professional doctorate is designed to strengthen theological education and leadership among Christian ministers in Ghana and beyond.

Speaking at the launch, Dr. Otabil encouraged participants to develop as critical theological thinkers and ensure that their day-to-day ministry practices are grounded in Christian doctrine.

Areas of Specialization

The program offers five areas of specialization:

  • Biblical Studies and Apologetics
  • Youth and Children’s Ministry
  • Christian Counselling
  • Missions and Evangelism
  • Christian Educational Leadership

Prospective applicants can obtain further information on the curriculum and admission requirements through Central University’s Doctor of Ministry program portal.
