Kidi, the current VGMA Artiste of the Year, has finally addressed the false online stories about his health. The 29-year-old musician had health issues before his U.S. tour and was rumored to have suffered a debilitating illness, possibly a stroke, which led to the cancellation of his tour.
However, in a recent Instagram post, Kidi dismissed the rumors as false and thanked his fans, friends, and family for their overwhelming love and support during his difficult period. He also stated he was returning to creating music and performing for his fans.
Kidi had postponed his North American tour because of health issues in February. His label boss, Richie Mensah, debunked claims of a stroke in a tweet on March 16, describing them as “clickbait.”
