Kotoka International Airport security knows some Ghanaian artistes travel with cocaine – Shatta Wale

After Shatta Wale issued a stern warning to Ghanaians suggesting the FBI should investigate his wealth, the Dancehall artist has now called for an investigation into drug smuggling activities involving Ghanaian artists and the Kotoka International Airport.

The catalyst for these claims was the online discussions surrounding the arrest of Shatta Wale’s friend, Hajia4real (Mona Faiz Montrage), in the United States.

During a Facebook Live session, the ‘Shatta Movement’ singer vehemently denied involvement in fraudulent activities and expressed frustration at being falsely linked to such accusations.

He questioned the logic behind engaging in illegal activities and highlighted that influential individuals in Ghana eagerly expected his arrest solely based on his reputation.
In his own words, he expressed, “Some foolish individuals have been instigating the FBI to arrest Shatta Wale just because they have arrested Hajia 4Reall. Your mother, your father, your mother, your father again.”

Furthermore, Shatta Wale alleged that several Ghanaian artists were participating in drug smuggling and claimed the Kotoka International Airport was aware of this situation and actively monitored it. He shared he had been informed about certain Ghanaian artists smuggling narcotics out of the country while airport authorities were cognizant of these illicit activities.

“There was a time when I was informed that some Ghanaian artists smuggle cocaine outside the country, and the airport keeps tabs on them. The airport knows about it. Go and inquire how many artists they are aware of who have traveled with cocaine,” he disclosed. It is important to note that these claims made by Shatta Wale have not been verified and have sparked intense discussions and speculation on social media.

At the time of this statement, airport authorities have yet to respond to the accusations, leaving fans curious about how these claims will be addressed and whether the authorities will take any action to investigate the alleged drug smuggling activities involving Ghanaian artists.
