NADMO to Lead Distribution Efforts

The partnership allows the agencies involved to coordinate logistics effectively and ensure that assistance reaches communities with the greatest need.
Supporting the Accra Flood Relief Appeal
MTN Ghana’s donation also complements the Multimedia Group’s Accra Flood Relief Appeal, which provides an opportunity for members of the public to contribute additional support through MTN Mobile Money (MoMo).
The public fundraising initiative is designed to encourage wider participation in helping families affected by the floods.
MTN Reaffirms Commitment to Communities
MTN Ghana Chief Executive Officer Stephen Blewett expressed the company’s solidarity with affected residents, emphasizing that the donation is intended to provide immediate comfort and essential resources as families begin rebuilding their lives.
The company said the intervention reflects its commitment to supporting communities during times of crisis and contributing to national recovery efforts.
Continued Flood Recovery Efforts
As displaced families continue to deal with the aftermath of the flooding, government agencies, private organizations, and humanitarian partners are working together to provide relief and support long-term recovery efforts across affected areas of Accra.
