The National Service Authority (NSA) has extended registration for the 2026/2027 service year to Friday, October 23, 2026, giving eligible personnel additional time to complete the process.
The extension was announced in a statement issued on Friday, October 16, following the expiration of the original deadline on Thursday, October 15. The revised schedule provides an additional eight days for outstanding registrations.
According to the Authority, the decision is intended to accommodate eligible prospective service personnel who have not yet finalized their enrolment.
Management urged affected applicants to take advantage of the extension and complete all required steps within the revised timeframe. It also stressed the need to follow the prescribed registration procedures to avoid difficulties associated with missing the deadline.
The NSA reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring an orderly and efficient registration exercise for all eligible personnel participating in the 2026/2027 national service year.
