Ghanaian music icon Kojo Antwi has visited the United States Embassy in Accra for discussions on music, cultural exchange and relations between the people of Ghana and the United States.

The celebrated musician, popularly known as “The Maestro,” met Chargé d’Affaires Rolf Olson and presented him with an autographed copy of his memoir, Mr. Music Man: The Journey.

Their conversation explored how shared artistic interests can encourage dialogue and strengthen connections between the two countries. The embassy welcomed Antwi and highlighted the contribution of music and cultural exchange to people-to-people relations.

Antwi described the meeting as an honor, expressing appreciation for the opportunity to discuss music and culture with the diplomat.

The presentation also provided an opportunity to share the personal experiences behind his musical career. His memoir documents his journey beyond the songs and performances that have made him a prominent figure in Ghanaian music.
