Former Hiplife musician and popular TikTok motivational speaker Mighty J, also known as Mighty Julius, has officially begun a new chapter in gospel music with the release of his thanksgiving single, “Wayebi.”
Produced by award-winning Ghanaian producer Ball J Beatz, the song delivers a personal message of divine favour, transformation and redemption.
“Wayebi” was officially released across digital music platforms on July 10, 2026, and has since attracted growing attention within Ghana’s gospel music community and on social media.
The single represents a significant transition for Mighty J, bridging his earlier career as a secular Hiplife artist with his current spiritual calling.
Over the years, he has built a large following on TikTok through motivational, faith-based and prophetic messages. With “Wayebi,” the musician is using his creative background to express gratitude to God and encourage listeners facing difficult circumstances.
The song’s title reflects God’s undeniable goodness and faithfulness. Its message focuses on perseverance, maintaining faith and refusing to allow criticism or opposition to prevent personal and spiritual growth.
Ball J Beatz’s production combines contemporary Afro-inspired rhythms with emotional storytelling, giving the track a modern sound while preserving its gospel foundation.
