Mr Eazi and MOLIY Join Forces on New Single “Comfort”

Mr Eazi has teamed up with Ghanaian-American singer MOLIY

Nigerian Afropop singer Mr Eazi has released “Comfort,” a collaboration with Ghanaian-American artiste MOLIY that brings a fresh touch to his signature Banku Music sound.

The single arrived on Friday, October 2, 2026, through emPawa Africa, pairing the two singers on a song centered on romance and affection.

Produced by Nigerian hitmaker Ragee, “Comfort” combines a lively rhythm and bass synthesizer melody with Afrobeats, dancehall and R&B influences. Mr Eazi’s understated delivery is complemented by MOLIY’s smooth vocals, giving the collaboration a playful, relaxed character.

Recorded during Mr Eazi’s summer stay in London, the track builds on the mellow approach associated with his earlier work while introducing a contemporary production style.

Describing the direction of the release, Mr Eazi called it an evolution of his familiar sound.

“This is an updated version of my signature sound,” he said, describing the music as “sweet, easy, flattering gyal dem music.”

The release is accompanied by a music video directed by Ademola Falomo, drawing on visual influences from the 1980s.

The collaboration also brings together Mr Eazi and an artiste whose international profile has grown through “Shake It to the Max (FLY).” MOLIY’s appearance adds a Ghanaian-American voice to a release that continues Mr Eazi’s creative connections across the African pop scene.
