Prophet Nigel Gaisie has denied an allegation by radio presenter Nana Romeo that he had a relationship with the broadcaster’s former girlfriend.
Speaking during an interview on Neat FM, the founder of Prophetic Hill Chapel said nothing happened between him and the woman.
Gaisie referred to his personal dating preferences while rejecting the claim, saying the woman was light-skinned and that he had never dated a woman of that complexion.
Former friendship
The preacher said he and Nana Romeo were once close, describing the broadcaster as someone he regarded like a son before their relationship developed into a friendship.
Gaisie also claimed that he had provided Romeo with financial assistance, including money for rent. A separate report quoted Romeo as denying that he received rent money from the preacher.
Background to the dispute
Nana Romeo previously alleged that his relationship with Gaisie deteriorated after he introduced the preacher to his then-girlfriend. The broadcaster said the woman had supported him financially at the time.
Gaisie has rejected the allegation. He also said he was willing to make peace with Romeo over their differences.
