The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints hosted a special screening of the fourth episode of its global faith series, Dedicate, in Accra on October 24, 2026.
The event took place at the Christiansborg Stake Center near the Accra Ghana Temple in North Ridge. It brought together hundreds of young adults from Ghana, Nigeria and Côte d’Ivoire.
The screening featured Ghana’s Favour Onyinyechukwu Okeke, the sole African participant in the international series.
Exploring Faith and Purpose
Dedicate follows seven young adults from Brazil, France, Ghana, Japan, Mexico, the Philippines and the United States.
The six-part production documents their exploration of the renovated Salt Lake Temple in Utah as they reflect on faith, personal purpose and spiritual growth. The series comes ahead of the temple’s planned public opening in 2027.
The Accra event also featured a live panel discussion and gave attendees an opportunity to respond to the series. Large digital displays were used during the screening.
