The UK Investment Roadshow 2026 opened in London on Monday, October 12, bringing Ghanaian businesses and prospective investors together to advance commercial partnerships under the UK-Ghana Growth Partnership.
The initiative aims to move investment opportunities worth more than £250 million into further negotiations, drawing from a broader project pipeline exceeding £1.4 billion.
Held under the theme “From Confidence to Capital: Unlocking the Next Wave of Growth through Strategic Investment,” the roadshow seeks to translate investor interest into financing agreements and implemented projects. The figures represent opportunities under discussion, rather than completed investments.
The program builds on a Deal Room and Investment Matchmaking Session held during the recent UK-Ghana Trade and Investment Summit. That session connected Ghanaian businesses and project developers with British and international investors, opening discussions on potential funding and partnerships.
The UK-Ghana Chamber of Commerce organised the Deal Room with technical and financial support from the UK-funded Jobs and Economic Transformation Program and delivery support from Pangea Global Ventures.
Priority sectors include agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, health technology, financial services, infrastructure and the circular economy.
Selected businesses will use the London engagements to present their proposals, meet prospective financiers and advance earlier discussions. The program includes participation in AFSIC–Investing in Africa, with Ghana Investor Day scheduled for October 15.
Chamber Executive Director Adjoba Kyiama said the roadshow would bring Ghanaian investment opportunities directly to investors and help turn the Growth Partnership’s objectives into commercial engagement.
Organizers say continued follow-up will be essential to converting the discussions into investment, business expansion and jobs in Ghana and the United Kingdom.
