AMG Armani Shares Payment Records in Response to Asantewaa’s School Fees Claims

AMG Armani Shares Payment Records

Ghanaian musician AMG Armani has released what he describes as records of financial support for his children following allegations by his former partner, Asantewaa, that he failed to pay their school fees.

The disagreement became public after Asantewaa criticized the rapper during an interview, describing him as stingy and accusing him of neglecting his financial responsibilities towards their children.

Armani responded through social media posts and a song titled “Thanks,” disputing her account and outlining support he claims to have provided during their relationship.

Among the records he shared was a screenshot showing a GH¢2,000 mobile money transfer dated October 1 to a recipient identified as Martina. An accompanying message indicated that the payment was intended for upkeep and requested confirmation of receipt.

He also published a handwritten breakdown and a receipt listing school-related expenses exceeding GH¢8,430. However, the material presented does not independently establish whether all outstanding school fees have been settled.

Beyond the children’s expenses, Armani claimed he paid for a shop in Sowutuom for Asantewaa over five consecutive years. He further alleged that he covered her accommodation costs and sponsored a trip to the United States.

The musician also made allegations involving a GH¢100,000 payment connected to a susu savings dispute, alongside accusations of infidelity. These remain his claims and have not been independently verified.

Asantewaa, meanwhile, has continued to discuss the dispute in emotional livestreams, criticizing Armani for making their private disagreements public. She accused him of using their domestic difficulties to attract attention online.

The competing accounts have brought their former relationship and disagreements over financial support into the public spotlight, with the payment records forming a central part of Armani’s response.
