Ghanaian musician Raziel Bill is pursuing a path that brings together road construction and musical performance, balancing his work as a civil engineer with his ambitions as a recording artist.
A Civil Engineering graduate of Accra Technical University, with a specialization in road construction, Raziel Bill has continued to develop his creative talents alongside his technical career. His musical work spans singing, songwriting, rapping and live performance.
His versatility is reflected in a sound that draws on Afrobeats, Highlife, Hip-Hop, Drill and Amapiano. Exploring these genres gives him room to experiment with different rhythms and approaches to storytelling as he develops his identity within Ghana’s music industry.
Beyond his vocal abilities, Raziel Bill also plays the piano. He describes time at the keyboard as a way to unwind from the pressures of engineering, making music both a professional pursuit and a personal source of relief.
His influences include Bob Marley and Ghanaian music greats Agya Koo Nimo, Nana Ampadu, Nana Ampofo Adjei and Ben Brako. He admires their ability to create songs that remain meaningful across generations, a quality that informs his own artistic aspirations.
Among his releases are “JAIYE JAIYE,” featuring Piesie Super; “Money Grammar,” featuring Mighty Shey; and “Pressure,” featuring Rapmania. His music is available on streaming platforms including Apple Music and Boomplay.
As he develops his catalogue, Raziel Bill continues to make space for both professions, combining the demands of civil engineering with the creativity of songwriting and performance.
