The Abossey Okai Spare Parts Dealers Association has announced a reduction in spare parts prices following the recent appreciation of the Ghanaian cedi against the US dollar.

Chairman of the association, Henry Okyere Jnr, said the price cut is intended to ease the financial burden on customers and support the government’s broader efforts to stabilize the cost of goods and services.

We are fully committed to working with the government to sustain this positive trend and help the cedi appreciate even further, bringing much-needed economic relief to Ghanaians,” Okyere Jnr stated.

He urged all association members to comply with the revised pricing structure, reaffirming their commitment to fair pricing and market stability.

The association also praised the government, under the leadership of President John Dramani Mahama, for its role in strengthening the local currency and improving economic conditions.

According to the association, the decision reflects their dedication to supporting national economic recovery while making spare parts more affordable for consumers.
