A death certificate cited by TMZ reveals Lance Reddick’s cause of death was ischemic heart disease and atherosclerosis. Known for his work on The Wire and the John Wick movie franchise, Reddick passed away on March 17 at 60 from natural causes, as confirmed by his representative.
The actor was working on a number of film and TV projects, including Percy Jackson and the Olympians, and White Men Can’t Jump. He was remembered by Keanu Reeves as a “consummate professional.” His wife, Stephanie Reddick, thanked fans and loved ones for their support. The LAPD responded to a medical emergency call in Valley Village-North Hollywood on the morning of Reddick’s death.
