President John Dramani Mahama has appointed Prof. Kobby Mensah as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Ghana Tourism Development Company Limited.
Prof. Mensah, an Associate Professor at the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) and a renowned expert in tourism marketing, brings extensive knowledge and experience to his new role.
Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in promoting Ghana’s tourism sector through various initiatives, including the Destination Legon Tourism Marketing Exhibition, which bridges academia and industry expertise.
His appointment is expected to enhance Ghana’s tourism development strategy and further establish the country as a premier travel destination.
