ET Mensah, the former Member of Parliament for the Ningo-Prampram constituency and a member of the Council of State, has passed away at the age of 77. Reports confirm that he succumbed to his prolonged illness last night while in South Africa.
Born on the 17th of May, 1946, Enoch Teye Mensah, known widely as ET Mensah, served as a Minister for Education and held the position of Member of Parliament in Ghana from January 1997 to January 2017. He was a respected figure in Ghanaian politics. ET Mensah, a family man, leaves behind a legacy and is survived by his spouse and seven children.
