Former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta wanted by OSP

The Special Prosecutor has issued a wanted notice for former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta in connection with investigations into the SML deal, National Cathedral disbursements, and other financial matters.

 

Speaking at a press conference in Accra on Wednesday, February 12, Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng stated that Ofori-Atta is required to report to his office to assist with ongoing investigations into alleged corruption and financial malfeasance.

 

The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has been probing multiple transactions and agreements linked to Ofori-Atta’s tenure as Finance Minister, focusing on suspected irregularities and mismanagement of public funds.
