Gospel musician Esther Aseidu, known as Piesie Esther, recently shared the inspiration behind her music and message.
In an interview with an Accra-based media outlet, Piesie Esther discussed her latest single, “Turn Over,” and her upcoming concert, Flora Made by Grace. She explained that her music focuses on themes of transformation from hardship to success, intending to uplift and strengthen listeners.
“My songs encourage people to persevere through life’s struggles, with the assurance that success lies ahead,” she shared.
Explaining the inspiration behind “Turn Over,” Piesie Esther emphasized the unpredictable and transformative nature of life. “The song is about the surprises life holds,” she said. “One day, someone might be a security guard, and the next, they might find themselves as a pilot or achieving greatness. It’s a reminder that life can change dramatically, and everyone has the potential for a turnaround.”
She also offered words of encouragement, aligning with her music’s message of hope and resilience. “I want people to see me as a living example. Whatever challenges they face now, they won’t last forever,” she added.
