Pope Francis is out of the hospital

Pope Francis has been released from the hospital. The Pope had breathing difficulties and was admitted to Gemelli Hospital in Rome earlier in the week. After being diagnosed with bronchitis, he remained in the hospital for three days.

The Vatican announced earlier that he was responding well to antibiotics and would be released from the hospital later in the day, pending the results of some tests.

As he left the hospital, Pope Francis joked with reporters, saying, “I’m still alive,” and thanking the doctors and nurses who had cared for him during his stay.

Despite his health scare, Pope Francis has continued to carry out his duties as the leader of the Catholic Church. He has been a strong advocate for social justice and has worked to build bridges between different faiths and communities.

His message of compassion and humility has resonated with people worldwide, and he has become known for his efforts to help the poor and marginalized.
