The highly anticipated final round of the National Science and Maths Quiz took place at the National Theater in Accra. The competing schools were Opoku Ware School (OWASS), a two-time champion, Presbyterian Boys Senior High School, Legon (PRESEC), a seven-time champion, and Achimota School (MOTOWN), a two-time champion.
Remarkably, this was Achimota School’s first appearance in the final round in fourteen years, Opoku Ware School made a return after a three-year absence, and PRESEC reached the final for the fifth consecutive time.
In the end, PRESEC emerged as the victor, clinching their eighth trophy in the competition.
