The repairs will focus on the bridge’s expansion joints and are expected to continue until Tuesday, October 22, 2024. This project aims to strengthen the bridge’s structural integrity and improve safety for all commuters.

Motorists are advised to follow the directions of traffic management teams stationed at the site and exercise caution throughout the repair period. The GHA has warned that traffic disruptions will occur and recommends using alternative routes where possible.

Work will take place daily from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. To stay informed or for further inquiries, motorists can contact the Public Affairs Division of the Ghana Highways Authority.
