North Tongu MP, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa is seen in a viral video kicking away the writ he was served by Rev Kusi Boateng, Secretary of the National Cathedral’s Board of Trustees.
On Friday, February 3, 2023, a bailiff served him on Metro Television’s premises after he appeared on their morning show, Good Morning Ghana.
According to the order, he is prohibited from disclosing any further private information, documents, correspondence, communication or property belonging to the Applicant. In addition, he is also prohibited from making any further orders that the Court deems appropriate.
The legislator, who was seen standing by his vehicle with the bailiff, later entered his car and tried to drive away.
In his presence, the bailiff dropped the document on the ground. In response, Mr. Ablakwa got out of the car, kicked the document away from the vehicle, returned to his seat, and drove away.
