According to a statement released today (April 11, 2023) by Dr. Gideon Boako, spokesperson for the Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, will deliver the keynote address as the guest of honor at the Harvard Africa Development Conference (HADC). The conference will occur on April 15 and 16, 2023, at the Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.
