President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has named Dr. Osei Bonsu Dickson as the Deputy National Security Coordinator, recognizing his exceptional 25-year career spanning legal affairs and national security operations.
Dr. Dickson, a distinguished authority in national security law, cyber, and maritime policy, brings a wealth of expertise to his new role, having previously held various leadership positions within the Ministry of National Security.
His tenure at the Ministry involved serving as the Director for Intelligence Analysis, Director for Security Governance, Director for Legal Affairs, Chief Legal Advisor, and Director overseeing Policy, Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation. Dr. Dickson’s influence extended to board positions at entities such as the Ghana Boundary Commission (GhBC), Expresso Telecom Group, the Africa Center for Strategic Studies, and the Financial Intelligence Center (FIC).
