Dr. Serebour Quaicoe, the Head of Electoral Services at the Electoral Commission, will assume leadership of the EC’s training division starting July 1, 2024.
In a letter signed by the commission’s chairperson, Jean Mensa, Dr. Quaicoe was instructed to hand over any properties in his possession to the deputy head of operations by July 1, the date of his reassignment.
“I am pleased to inform you of the Commission’s decision to appoint you as Director for Training at the Head Office,” the letter stated.
“In this regard, you are by this letter transferred from the Electoral Services Department as the Director to head the Training Department. This appointment takes effect Monday, July 1, 2024.”
“You are required to hand over the Commission’s property in your custody to the Deputy Chairman, Operations,” the appointment letter added.
