Ghana plays Namibia on 8th January

On Monday, January 8, 2024, Ghana is set to engage in an International friendly against Namibia at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium. This match serves as a preparatory game for the upcoming 34th edition of the TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations Cote D’Ivoire 2023.

Both teams aim to use this friendly encounter as an opportunity to strategize and formulate plans for the tournament, which commences in Abidjan on Saturday, January 13, 2024.

Ghana finds itself placed in Group B alongside Cape Verde, Egypt, and Mozambique, while Namibia is set to face Tunisia, South Africa, and Mali in Group E.

The kickoff for the game is scheduled for 8 pm at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium. The public is notified that admission to the Centre Line and Popular stand is free of charge.
