Renowned Nollywood actor, Mr. Ibu, whose real name is John Okafor, has reportedly passed away.
The acclaimed actor, aged 62, breathed his last at Evercare Hospital on Saturday, March 2.
Mr. Ibu had been grappling with illness, undergoing multiple surgeries and receiving continuous medical care in his pursuit of recovery since last year.
Having featured in numerous Nollywood movies, including A Fool At 40, Police Recruit, Mr. Ibu in London, Issakaba, and several others, he became a fan-favorite and a household name, known for his distinctive style and infectious humor.
