An STC bus carrying SHS students from Kasoa to Cape Coast crashed at the Gomoa Buduatta crossroads in the Central region. According to reports, the GT-1079-20 bus collided with a tipper truck from Winneba and somersaulted. The students on the bus were from several schools in the Central Region area.
The incident occurred early Monday morning. Some victims have been rescued, while others remain stuck in the wrecked bus. Rescuers from the Ghana National Fire Service and other emergency agencies are on the site to support.
