Elliot, who has been in the entertainment industry for over two decades, first contested in the Lagos State House in 2015 and won. He has since been actively involved in lawmaking, using his experience and fame to push for the development of his constituency and the state.

During his campaign for re-election, Elliot promised to continue his good work and bring more dividends of democracy to his constituents. He also pledged to push creation of job opportunities and the improvement of basic amenities, such as healthcare, education, and transportation.

Following his victory, Elliot expressed his gratitude to the people of Surulere 1 for re-electing him, and promised to work even harder in his second term. He also thanked his supporters, colleagues, and well-wishers for their support and encouragement.

Elliot’s re-election as a lawmaker is seen as a testament to his popularity and acceptance by the people of Lagos State. It shows the growing interest of entertainers in politics and governance in Nigeria.
