Ernest Nuamah, the forward for FC Nordsjaelland, has received recognition as Denmark’s top young player for his exceptional performances throughout the season. At just 19 years old, Nuamah has secured the following accolades:
- Spring Profile: Voted by the Superliga head coaches.
- Profile of the Year: Voted by the Superliga players.
- Young Player of the Year: Chosen by the expert panel of the Divisional Association.
Having contributed 16 goals and 4 assists across all competitions, Nuamah played a pivotal role in FC Nordsjælland’s second-place finish in the league.
As a result of his outstanding form, Nuamah will make his debut with the Black Stars national team. He will join the team’s training camp to prepare for Ghana’s upcoming match against Madagascar on June 18, 2023.
Furthermore, Nuamah is expected to play a significant role in the Black Meteors team during the U-23 AFCON, scheduled to take place in Morocco later in June.
